Job Summary:

Meet or exceed sales objectives of assigned accounts by promoting and selling MDi products and services through professional sales technique and long-term customer relationships.
Expectations:

Job Summary & Qualifications:

  • Manages the day-to-day technical and operational functional activities of the Technical Infrastructure Operations Team, in the areas of IT Services Helpdesk, Site Support Team, and the Operations Center, covering the areas of Server Administration, Network Administration, Workstation Administration, and Monitoring and Control Center;
  • Plans, leads, organizes, and controls the various functional management activities of the Technical Infrastructure Operations Team;
